Interesting architecture for a noodle restaurant near the base of Mt. Fuji in Japan. Designed by Takeshi Hosaka Architecture, Hoto Fudo is wide open on the inside and remains open to the outside elements all year long.

This reminds me of an igloo restaurant on the highway between Anchorage and Fairbanks. Much more stylish.
